About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable in handling a variety of clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have transportation or be available to travel with existing staff.
Our operation runs seasonally with a busy May to October season and continual administrative tasks throughout the winter. We are very flexible with time and hours as we will adapt to management and staff availability.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Perform data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, or payroll tasks
• Maintain office cleanliness and assist with general office organization
• Support management and team members with administrative needs
• Greet visitors and provide customer support as required
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) IMPORTANT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Respect and consideration for work quality and efficiency with time.
