Constance Lake First Nation is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to support clients in the Home & Community Care program. Working under the supervision of the Home & Community Care Nurse/Manager, this role assists clients with personal care, household management, and activities of daily living to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

The successful candidate will provide personal care, homemaking, and respite services while supporting client independence and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a Personal Support Worker Certificate, current CPR and First Aid certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
