Join our team as an Alarm Systems Specialist, where you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure their security systems are functioning seamlessly.

+ Essential Job Functions

• Customer Account Management: Add, modify, or remove users/accounts as needed.
• Monitoring Coordination: Work with our distributor, Northern 911, to ensure alarm monitoring services are running smoothly.
• Billing & Payments: Handle customer invoicing, process payments, and manage account renewals.
• Onsite Repairs & Updates: Visit customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade alarm systems.
• System Support: Provide guidance and technical support to customers regarding their alarm systems.

+Education and Experience

• Experience in alarm systems, security, or a related technical field (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and payment processing
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• A valid driver's license

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
