Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our hospital, including budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and management, as well as a proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the hospital's financial goals.
• Manage the hospital's budget and financial performance.
• Monitor revenue cycle processes to optimize reimbursement and reduce denials.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA or MBA is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, billing, and coding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages with staff at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
