Employment Opportunity: Office Administrative Assistant
Pemarnent Full-Time Position (32-44 hours/week; Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone with tact and courtesy;
- Balance daily sales and receipts for each cash register;
- Assist with inventory control;
- Assist with weekly flyers and sales;
- Verify and send orders;
- Assist in meeting organization;
- Replace a team member in Receiving and as cashier;
- Run errands (ex: get the mail, make the bank deposit);
- Interact with clients and ensure excellent customer service;
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Our ideal candidate
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Communicate with clients in a pleasant manner at all times;
- Computer skills (ex: Word and Excel);
- Proven ability to multi-task;
- Autonomy, patience and empathy;
- Excellent work ethic;
- Teamwork;
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy;
- Must be available until 6 p.m. or later as needed.
Qualifications
- College or University diploma in office administration;
- One (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience in an administrative assistant role.
